Cigarette butts should be placed in the respective trash cans. It is forbidden to throw anything out the windows or from the terrace to the gardens on the building's ground floor. The Icon Building is smoke-free. 3.- After 8:00 pm, care must be taken not to turn on loud music, TV or do work that generates noise and disturbs the neighbors. The Icon building is noise-free. 4.- Before vacating the apartment, a person will clean the apartment and the cost is 25 dollars, which will be borne by the guest.
