Ideal if you're visiting for a wedding, within walking distance of The Bell Pub and Moreteyne Manor restaurant, and the Marston Wetlands Centre. Centrally located between Milton Keynes and Bedford. Visiting for work, 5 minutes drive from Cranfield. Flitwick and Bedford stations a short drive away for direct services into London. Easy access from the M1 motorway, 4 miles from Jct 13. See where Capt. Tom completed his epic walk. The space Downstairs the house consists of a living room, with fold out dining table and chairs as well as a sofa and telly. Beyond this is the equipped kitchen, with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Leading to the lobby with washing machine and downstairs bathroom with installed shower. ********************************Please Note********************** The stairs are quite steep, and may not be suitable for any guests with limited mobility. ******************************************** There is no upstairs bathroom. The stairs lead up to two bedrooms, one contains a double bed and the other a single bed. Towels are supplied. There is a small courtyard garden behind the house. This has shared access with the next door neighbour, to the alleyway behind. Should you use it, please ensure the gate to the alley is locked again and the garden gate is properly closed. There is central heating throughout the house, and operates on a thermostat. Guest access Guests have use of all the main rooms in the house and the courtyard garden. Other things to note All windows have locks, the keys are either in the locks or on a hook close by in the case of the main bedroom, in case of an emergency.
