Casa Kawö

Come rest and charge batteries in a wonderful, bright, well-equipped cottage surrounded by a beautiful garden with exceptional views over the majestic Turrialba Volcano. The perfect way to come and discover a typical Costa Rican village, among coffee plantations and forests, waterfalls and rivers. Many trails accessible from the house and the Aquiares waterfall 2km away. We are in an adventure area: rafting, canyoning, paragliding, mountain-bike, horseback riding tour, coffee tour, etc... The space The house is of "Tiny-house" style with only necessary spaces, and made the most of. The numerous and large windows, over a wonderful garden and the Turrialba volcano, this view gives the impression that the spaces inside the house are wider , and the feeling of being in contact with the outside. The first floor contains : - The main room, ample and bright, with a double bed with a very good quality orthopedic mattress. A piece of furniture allows you to store your things during your stay. - A bathroom with finishes in natural materials: local lajas, wood, stones of the river... - The kitchen, all equipped, and the dining area with its floating table, with a glass wall that can be run at 2/3 to open the space over the large 10m² terrace directly overlooking the garden, the view of the village of Aquiares and the volcano. - A small living space with a sofa - bed, which is made with a very good quality single mattress. The sofa can be accommodated as a bed for a fifth guest. The spacious and bright mezzanine is the second room, consisting of a double bed and a piece of furniture to store things. Guest access Any type of vehicle can get to the Kawö house. The whole route is normal asphalt street, less the last 200 meters that are ballast street but in good order. They must park the car in front of the entrance of the house. It is an authorized place to park, and extremely safe and quiet. We have security cameras giving over that area and at night a private watchman constantly monitors the neighborhood. We manage the entrance to the house with a lock box for keys with code, which makes it easy to be self-contained with your arrival. Likewise, we are always still available for any questions! Other things to note The house is located in a very quiet little neighborhood. Around the Kawö house they are going to see two houses, one very little occupied, Tulu house that is also ours and we have the pleasure of sharing with other guests, the other house is my husband's parents. It is important for us to be transparent and have a very good idea of the house ! Similarly, the place is very natural, the garden full of flowers and fruit trees, and the views of the Turrialba volcano are breathtaking ! We constantly work to improve our garden, and give more and more privacy through the trees and plants.
