Private room with private bathroom. Our room has 01 double bed and a single bed (on request). Our property is located in Ica, three blocks from the Museum and next to the Plaza Vea shopping center. A little bit of everything nearby: 'Huacachina', excellent restaurants, pubs, 'Plaza de Armas' and 'QuindeShopping Plaza'. The Oltursa bus station is just two blocks away. The space Our house is a new 3-story building with excellent finishes, tiled floors, and wooden doors and windows. Located in a quiet neighborhood right next to the Plaza Vea shopping center and very close to Huacachina. Our house is very comfortable and above all cozy. I live on the first floor with my husband, and our children occasionally visit us. Although most of the time we usually travel. On the second floor there is a living room, dining room, kitchen and a small laundry room. There are also 2 bedrooms: 1 family room and 1 double room. On the third floor there are 02 double bedrooms. All rooms have their own bathroom, 2-seater beds, excellent quality mattresses, night lamp, cable TV and minibar. We also have a small food business and we deliver the best Peruvian dishes and the most delicious sandwiches in Ica! If you like, you can also bring your food or place delivery orders. Also, you can use and share a small kitchen and dining room specially prepared for you. It is recommended to use it only for cooking the basics. During your stay We are a couple of adults and live on the first floor, so you will have total privacy on the second and third floors, but if you need anything, do not hesitate to contact us.
