The entrance is shared, the patio too, but we are all adults and spend a lot of time at the beach or working, so we believe that our guests can enjoy their stay in peace. Other things to note This studio is an old family kitchen transformed into a cozy, independent space with all the necessary amenities. Decorated with care, it is perfect for those seeking comfort and privacy. Every detail has been thought out to improve the experience: it has a Garmin box for access, automated PVC curtains and bars for added security. It's an ideal place to relax and feel at home. The goal was always to create an apartment where I myself felt comfortable and calm, and I think we achieved a space that offers just that.
