Excelente access to Northern cities, Matagalpa(coffe country), Esteli (famous for cigars). Great location for bird watchers 1.5 hrs from local mountains and bird watching guides. 1 hour from Selva Negra. 1.5 hours from Managua International Airport. 2 hrs to Granada, Leon and Managua. Transport available for 8 or more people. We are located in the valley of Sebaco's ricefields. Bug repellent recommended. House has been brought up to date with plumbing and electricity, wifi available.
