The space This property boasts three well-appointed bedrooms: a master king bedroom with an en suite & TV, a twin room with 2 single beds & TV, and a third bedroom with a trundle single bed that pulls out into an additional single bed. Guests can enjoy a family bathroom and a convenient downstairs toilet. The spacious living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen provide ample space for relaxation and entertainment. French doors in the dining area open to a conservatory, which leads out to a lovely garden. The kitchen features a fridge, oven, induction hob, kettle, and toaster, along with ample cupboard space and all necessary cookware and crockery. Each booking includes a small welcome pack with tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. The dining table and chairs comfortably seat six, with space for up to eight. In the lounge area, guests can unwind on a comfortable sofa while enjoying a 55" smart TV with access to popular streaming services (subscriptions required). Two of the bedrooms also have 43" smart TVs. Additional amenities include a washing machine, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, mop, and various cleaning supplies. Guests can enjoy super-fast fibre optic broadband with speeds up to 400mb/s throughout their stay. Guest access There is a parking spaces at the front of the house. Other things to note At our Airbnb, we have chosen not to supply towels for our guests as part of our commitment to the environment. By encouraging guests to bring their own towels or rent them from us for a small fee, we aim to reduce the water and energy consumption associated with washing and drying towels between stays. We understand that bringing your own towels may not always be convenient. Therefore, we offer the option to rent towels for a small fee, which covers the cost of washing and maintaining them. We believe this compromise balances our environmental commitment with your comfort. Early check-ins and late check-outs can be arranged for a fee of £12 for a 2 pm check-in or a noon check-out. This is subject to availability and will be confirmed close to your check-in date. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged at £20 per hour or part thereof, plus an additional £50 fee. Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome pack containing sachets of tea, coffee, sugar, UHT milk, dishwasher tablets, a new dishcloth, washing-up liquid, and toilet paper. This pack is designed to ensure you have everything you need for your first night.
