The space The main floor is open concept featuring vaulted ceilings, fir beams, and large windows to provide a cozy space to relax after a day spent at the beach. The spacious kitchen is bright and well equipped to prepare all your favorite West Coast dishes. On the main level are two bedrooms- both with queen sized beds, and a three-piece bathroom. A loft style bedroom is situated on the second level. The loft has one double bed and one twin bed, plus an ensuite bathroom. Outside, this home features a large wrap-around deck with custom stone fireplace and BBQ. There is also an outdoor surf shower- a warm respite after a day spent in the ocean. Other things to note Serenity is in compliance with Bill-35 - Short-Term Rental Accommodations Act which comes into effect November 1, 2024.
