The space BIG BASS LAKE COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Wooden Heart Cabin is located in the beautiful, award winning and Gold Star Certified premier Community Big Bass Lake Community Association (BBLCA). you are interested in using the Club house, pools, restaurant, tennis courts etc., there are amenity badges for purchase at the Administrations office, Recreation Center and Club house located at 59 Mountainside Drive, Gouldsboro, PA 18424. Please note: The Fitness Center is not available to renters in this community. To access these activities, you must get amenity passes, they cost $8 per person and per day, for Weekdays and $10 per person, per day for the Weekends, or you have the option to pay $30 for the week. Big Bass Lake/ Boat Rental Equipment are also through pool window at no extra cost. You must leave a state-issued ID, credit/debit card, or similar with them during the rental. They will return your items when you return the boat keys/equipment. **Pass Pricing Breakdown**: Daily_passes = $8 per week day pass $10 per weekend pass Weekly_passes = $30 per pass non holiday rate $50 holiday rate **Children 6 and under are free** Equipment Rental Items: Ping Pong Paddles/balls, pickleball & tennis rackets/balls, board games, Wii games, basketball, other sports, horseshoes, and other outdoor equipment. One of the bedrooms features a statement King- sized bed with an elegant private master bathroom. This room has ample space for more little travelers. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed which is tucked away in the wooded backyard part of the home, waking up to the green trees smiling at you in the morning! The third bedroom offers one full and twin bunk bed with additional twin trundle beds in each. Totaling 3 twin bed and 1 full size bed so there will be no fighting over who gets the best sleeping accommodation! Tuck into brand new, crisp bedding, and enjoy each room to evoke the coziness of the Pocono mountains. ↟ BATHROOMS ↟ Freshen up in one of the THREE full bathrooms. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower with two vanities and an enhancement toilet fitted with a bidet. This bathroom screams serenity for all your toiletries and accessory needs! The hallway bathroom features a shower/tub combo and easily conforms for a family’s everyday use. The third bathroom located in the full/twin bunk bedroom features another walk-in shower, recently renovated to reflect the rest of the lodge’s wooded style and warm décor! All bathrooms offer plenty of white luxury towels and are stocked with your sample size bath time essentials. ↟ KITCHEN & DINING ROOM ↟ Enjoy cooking in a kitchen that offers all the quality utensils and cookware needed to feel right at home. Think of all the pots & pans, dual air fryer/ toaster oven combo, serving trays, and bakeware you need to whip up a meal to remember in this wonderful retreat. Enjoy the coffee station - complete with a brand-new two-in-one drip coffee/ NINJA machine, as well as a huge selection of stash teas, to start your morning in the mountains off right. The dining room seats 6 guests and there’s plenty of space for group meals and game nights. The dining room is centered between the kitchen, living room and the screened outdoor patio, making your mealtimes truly a special experience indoor or outdoor. ↟ LIVING ROOM ↟ Get snug in front of the fireplace located in the living room as the center of the home. The double sliding doors leading to the screened in porch offers a picturesque backdrop overlooking the wooded landscape and during the day, will leave you flooded with natural light. Guest access At Wooden Heart Cabin, you will have full access to the properties main level living quarters, both indoor and outdoor deck.
