Guesthouse Suite, with access to the Pool. The suite has a separate entrance and the key is in the guest's possession throughout the stay. Our space is not a bed and breakfast or hotel, we work exclusively with suite rentals. We do not offer services such as breakfast or room service, so it is necessary to bring bed and bath linens. We are not a hotel or B&B, WE DO NOT HAVE A 24-HOUR RECEPTION AND SERVICE. The space Our suite has a separate entrance and comfortably accommodates a couple in a queen-size bed The room has an entrance through the external area, a key and a private bathroom, in addition to being equipped with a portable fan and Smartv (We do not have air-conditioning) We have no open TV signal. The TV is a smartv and works connected to the internet, the guest can connect their favorite streaming service with their subscription or watch free programming. TV operation is subject to the internet network, which can fluctuate, and the operation does not depend on the host's action. If it is not available or the network goes down, you will have to wait. Guests can use the pool between 10:30 a.m. and 8 p.m., remembering that the pool and other outdoor areas are areas of shared use with other guests and/or hosts. We do not have a kitchen available for guest use, however, on the balcony there is a common use pantry and everyone can use it to prepare their breakfast, snacks or consume ready-to-eat foods. The pantry is equipped with an electric coffee maker, toaster, microwave, sink, refrigerator, table and utensils such as plates, glasses and cutlery. Guests should keep the pantry clean and organized after use. We are 350 meters from Boracéia beach and our space is quiet and family-friendly, designed for couples seeking rest and relaxation amidst nature. Our space is simple, it is not a luxury property, but I love my job renting the suites and I take care of all the details with great affection. We have pets living on the property, they are three kittens and a little dog, all sweet, loving and they love to interact with guests, pets are part of the experience in our space. We love animals and your pet is also welcome, as long as the guardians respect the rules described in the "House Rules" section Our space is not suitable for infants and children under 12. Please do not insist. We love children, but we do not have essential amenities for their comfort and safety. Out of respect for other guests, neighbors and animals in the region, we do not allow the use of loudspeakers on the property under any circumstances, and we kindly ask you not to insist. Before confirming your reservation, carefully read the conditions for cancellation, as any request will follow the cancellation policy described here. Guest access Guests will have access to the garage and can use one of the available parking spots. Guests have access to common areas: Balcony, pantry and swimming pool. ACCESS TO THE INTERIOR OF THE HOSTS' HOUSE IS NOT PERMITTED, all access to the guest areas is made through the external areas of the property, which guarantees the privacy of all. During your stay We perform the check-in in person to deliver the keys, so we ask you to notify us of your expected arrival time and we will be present at the agreed time. We won't be there at checkout, but don't worry, you'll receive instructions on how to check out on your own. We will be available by cell phone: MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 10 AM TO 5 PM Weekends, holidays: We will be available ONLY FOR CHECK-IN. We emphasize that we do not have 24-hour reception and service, so we kindly and delicately request that you *NOT KNOCK ON THE GLASS; *DO NOT KNOCK ON THE DOORS AND WINDOWS OF THE HOSTS' HOUSE. Any request will be met when we are available and present. IF YOU WANT IMMEDIATE 24-HOUR SERVICE DURING YOUR STAY, I WOULD LIKE TO REITERATE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE THIS AVAILABILITY AND PERHAPS A STAY IN A HOTEL WITH A RECEPTION AT YOUR DISPOSAL WOULD BE MORE SUITABLE TO MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
