Cortijo El Pilón

El Cortijo El Pilón is located in the valley of Vélez Blanco and is known for its indoor pool and views of La Muela. It also has a large fireplace in the living room, multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy the outdoors and a barbecue. The decor is based on traditional Andalusian ceramics, rugs and countless antiques combined with the modernity necessary to convey warmth and aesthetics. The space El Cortijo El Pilón has three bedrooms, two of them with double beds and one with a double bed and a single bed. All bedrooms have natural light and closets. One of the double rooms has a full bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. The living room has a large fireplace with wood, a sofa and two armchairs and a 6-seat dining table. Entering the hallway is another full bathroom. At the exit of the living room and kitchen there is a covered porch, with a large table for eating outside. Behind the farmhouse there is another barbecue area with a stone table, right next to the indoor pool. The pool, despite not being heated, keeps the temperature very well, ensuring that the bathroom is pleasant almost all year round. The pool also has a jacuzzi and a shower. All outdoor areas are filled with plants and decorations. Guest access Guests can exclusively enjoy a complete accommodation consisting of a living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, three bedrooms and an outdoor porch. Guests will also have access to the rest of the outdoor spaces that are part of the property, including the pool. These areas of the property may be shared, on a timely basis, with the owner, especially when maintenance tasks are necessary. Inside the property, another living room has been built that will be for the owner's exclusive use. The entrance gate will be common for guests and for the owner when he needs to access the adjoining areas of the property (cultivation and animal areas). The owner has the right to perform maintenance tasks outdoors and in the pool when necessary. All guests must send their ID on the day of check-in to register guests. A cash deposit of €200 will be requested and will be returned in full upon departure if there has been no major damage.
