Distances: Downtown Paso Robles – roughly 10 miles Sensorio Paso Robles - roughly 6 miles Vina Robles Amphitheater - roughly 6.5 miles Ravine Waterpark – roughly 6 miles Cass Winery – roughly 5 miles Tin City – roughly 14 miles Tobin James Winery – roughly 2 miles Downtown San Luis Obispo – roughly 38 miles A little bit East of town - but close to tons of great wineries and super easy access to all the main attractions! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, garage and patio area! We ask that guests do not open any locked storage areas, or cabinets marked "owner". Other things to note Pets: For a fee of $50.00, guests of Gem of Geneseo are permitted to bring one dog (max of 30 lbs), no other pets are allowed. Guests will monitor and supervise their dog at all times while on the premises. Dog shall not be left unattended on the property at any time. If you must leave your dog at Gem of Geneseo your dog must be crated and left inside the home with the AC not set below 72 degrees. Dogs are NOT allowed on furniture or beds. Guests are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of all pet waste. Dogs are not permitted beyond the fenced in back yard, dogs are not free to roam the property. Excessive barking is not permitted and must be monitored by the guest. Charges for excessive cleaning or pet hair, correction of landscape, stain treatment, pet waste clean up, or other pet-related damages, breakages or losses will be sought by the host via the Airbnb resolution center and associated fees are at the sole discretion of the host. Patio: We provide 3 propane tanks per stay (1 in the bbq, 1 in the fire pit and 1 for the standing heater) If additional propane is needed guests are responsible for refilling them during their stay.
