The space Our condo is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: - 1 queen bed in the bedroom and 1 queen bed in the den - Cozy sofa pull-out bed able to sleep 2 child or 1 adult + 1 child - 55-inch OLED Smart TV - Fully stocked kitchen: fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, cookware, plates, utensils, cups, and glasses - Unshared washer, dryer, and dishwasher - Ample storage: large closets with hangers and organizers - Iron and ironing board - Bathroom essentials: shower, fresh towels, shampoo, shower gel - Cleaning supplies: vacuum and mop - Fast and reliable 1gbps fibre wifi, perfect for remote work or study Please note that this is not a true 2 bedroom but rather a 1 bedroom + 1 den. The second bed is located in the den. There isn't any separation, divider, wall for this bed from the rest of the unit. Guest access This upscale condo is conveniently located. 5 minutes walking distance to the lake and most downtown tourist attractions. Rogers Centre(Blue Jays), Scotia Bank Arena(Raptors, Maple Leafs), CN Tower & Ripleys aquarium. The beach is just 5 minutes away from the condo. The beach has a very nice waterfront trail you can walk or ride a bike at. (bike rental is available at the beach) Also only 5 minutes walking distance to train station (Union Station) and shuttle service to the Airport. You can also take the train to Niagara falls at Union station. The condo is directly connected to the Longo supermarket and underground PATH system. You can buy groceries in the basement of the building without ever stepping outdoors. Walking to the shopping mall Eaton Center is approximately 25 minutes through the indoor PATH system or 5 minutes by Uber. There isn't a better location in Toronto to stay. Other things to note Parties and gatherings at Airbnb houses are illegal under the City of Toronto bylaw and banned by Airbnb's global anti-party policy. No special events, commercial activities, photoshoots, video making, or outside guests are allowed. Anyone who is not a confirmed guest entering the condo for any reason is considered a part of a social gathering (if you have immediate family who needs to visit, please inform me before booking). There are surveillance cameras in the public hallways right outside the condo (no recording devices inside your unit). There is decibel alarm equipment (noise-aware, can only be triggered by large-scale parties). Social gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited within the condo. Should such an event occur, it will be detected. In that case, we will call the police, remove you from the condo immediately, and pursue legal action against you for any breach of contract, disturbance, or damages. Your entire booking fee and security deposit will be forfeited in case of such a violation. This condo is only to be used for lodging purposes. I sincerely hope this policy will also bring comfort and peace of mind to all my guests, knowing I host Airbnb responsibly. It is for our mutual safety. We welcome respectful guests who appreciate a clean, quiet, and well-located space. We also observe Airbnb's new pilot program in Toronto that requires guests to be 25+ to book entire homes. We will regrettably not be able to host your stay if your group is mostly under 25. This is a residential condo with mostly long-term residents. Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times.
