The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath with a walk in shower and jacuzzi-style tub. The other two rooms have queen beds with their own ensuite baths. There are 2 additional half baths in common areas. The kitchen is fully equipt for all of your culinary adventures with gas stove and all of the comforts of home. The dining area has seating for 8 and stunning views outside. There are two living rooms for entertaining and relaxing. Upstairs has a gorgeous view of the valley and all that comes with it. There's a television, two-way wood burning fireplace, and surround sound system for music. Downstairs has a comfy couch and a television with all of the streaming services ready to go. There's also a karaoke machine if you want to sing the hits. When you're ready to head outside you can gather on the screened in porch with plenty of seating, ceiling fan, heat lamp, and surround sound speakers. Otherwise you can head into the spacious fenced in backyard which has a hot tub, gas and charcoal grills, as well as an offset barrel smoker. There's also a campfire area with plenty of wood and seating if smores and ghost stories are on the menu. A two minute walk down the mountain is the Lost River Guesthouse. It's an immaculately appointed 18 room resort with a 4 star restaurant, bar, and a pool in the warmer months. Guests can buy a day pass for the pool, but children are not allowed. Guest access The entire place will be yours. The keys will be in a lockbox, the code for which will be provided before your stay. Other things to note The driveway is gravel and quite steep, so please keep that in mind in snowy and rainy conditions.
