Historic fully renovated Victorian in Albuquerque Historic District. Walk to downtown, restaurants, attractions, airport, hospitals & colleges. Full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, workspace, self check-in, free parking. Sleeps 2 (queen bed). The space This is old (rumor is 3rd oldest house in Albuquerque) that has been fully renovated. You have access to a full kitchen, equipped with everything you need to make your own meals: pots, pans, dish-wear, cups, plates, coffee maker etc. Kitchen table with chairs for dining and games! In the bedroom there is a queen size bed, 41 inch tv and has a dedicated study/work area. In the living room there is a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. 55" TV with Roku for streaming access. An additional sleeping area with a sofa that folds as full size bed, might not be comfortable but can do a for a night or for kid. In unit full size washer and dryer. Fully fenced private back yard. Fully enclosed patio in the kitchen. PESTS - The house is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking. Guest access Guest has access to everything, the front patio is shared with the next doors guest as its used as entryway too. There is huge backyard parking area, guest can park their car in the backyard or offstreet too. Parking space is rare in downtown area and its huge perk to have parking in house. Other things to note This is Unit B of the duplex, Unit A is next door.
