The space West Elk Townhomes feature a quiet location in both summer and winter, situated on the shuttle route and a decent walk to the West Wall access lift in the winter. These townhomes also offer garages to keep your car warm in the winter and to store all your gear! This is a 2-bedroom, 2.5 full bath townhome. Entering the condo, you’ll be received by the foyer and hallway with both master and guest bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen bed, and the guest bedroom has two twins. Each bedroom has its' own full bathroom. A stackable washer/dryer is conveniently located at the bedroom level for cleaning up after an adventuring day. Move upstairs to the kitchen, living room, and dining room with high vaulted ceilings and an open layout. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to cook a meal in for friends or family. 2 permitted vehicles are allotted. It is strongly encouraged that 1 vehicle be parked in the garage. The FREE Mountain Express Shuttle runs year-round for transportation to and from the Town of Crested Butte and surrounding areas. The West Elk Townhomes is located just down the road from the summer town route schedule which is every 20 minutes; shoulder seasons every 40 minutes. Just walk to the intersection of Castle and Gothic Road for pickup. In the winter, the West Elk Townhomes is on a special condo loop shuttle that picks up every 30 minutes and brings you to the base area. There is also a footpath for a shortcut to the West Wall Lift, but the shuttle is the most common access. Crested Butte Lodging & Property Management provides the basic comforts of home. Upon your arrival, you’ll find that we supply all linens, towels, and paper goods. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, starter shower kits, coffee packets with powder creamer and sugar, kitchen towels, dish sponge, dish soap, and dish detergent.
