The space Bwlch Bach is located on a family farm near the Cambrian Mountains, overlooking the Cors Caron Nature Reserve. It has a private drive with ample parking and is surrounded by lush green fields, the sound of birds and bleating of sheep! The flat consists of a kitchen/diner, living area and an en-suite bedroom. It has underfloor heating and a private filtered water supply that really is worth tasting!! The stone track leading up to the farm has a few pot holes, but don’t be too alarmed - we have artic lorries coming up here, so there’s plenty of room to dodge them- it just adds to the rustic charm!! Guest access The flat is totally independent from the main house. Privacy is paramount and will be respected at all times. Guests will have access to the front garden BUT WILL NEED PERMISSION by the landowner to go further afield. This is a health and safety restriction as we have livestock grazing (bulls) as well as heavy machinery on the farm yard. Please respect this rule - it’s there for your safety. Other things to note Wi Fi connection is excellent here. My son is a remote English teacher for mainly international students - the system very seldom drop offs and is very reliable for remote work.
