You have an entire holiday home at your disposal with 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. If climbing stairs is difficult due to mobility issues, don't worry: we have a passenger elevator that will take you upstairs in no time. The space At Klaartje Kip, you will stay in a charming and cozy two-story accommodation, suitable for up to four people. The B&B is situated in a rural location and furnished with a focus on comfort, coziness, and a playful nod to the theme of Klaartje Kip. On the ground floor, you will find a bright and comfortable living area where you can peacefully relax after a day of hiking, biking, golfing, or exploring Twente. The living room opens onto the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. Here, you can easily prepare your own breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave with oven, gas stove, kitchen utensils, and coffee and tea making facilities. The bathroom and toilet are also located on the ground floor. The bathroom is modern and practically furnished, so you have every comfort during your stay. For guests with difficulty walking, there is also a passenger elevator to the upper floor. Upstairs at the first floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms. Both rooms are equipped with a spacious double box-spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm (5' 11" x 6' 6"). The bedrooms offer a quiet place to retreat to and enjoy a great night's sleep. Thanks to its rural location, you can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and beautiful views of the surrounding area here. Outside, you will have your own private terrace at the front of the B&B and a lovely garden at the back with a gazebo. Here, in good weather, you can enjoy a cup of coffee, a good book, or a pleasant moment together. There is also the option to barbecue. The property also features free Wi-Fi, a TV with Netflix, on-site parking, and a covered space with a charging point for electric bicycles. Everything is designed to offer guests a comfortable, relaxing, and homey stay in the Twente countryside. Guest access The vacation home is entirely available to you as guests. All areas of the property are private and therefore not shared with others. Outside, you also have plenty of space to relax. There is a private garden with a canopy, and at the front of the property, you will find a nice lounge area where you can sit and enjoy the surroundings. You are also welcome to take a look at the chicken coop, where our chickens and ducks roam around. Of course, that's entirely in keeping with the atmosphere of Klaartje Kip. However, we kindly ask you not to walk on the other private property around our home. This way, we make it clear to everyone which areas belong to the property and where our private property begins. Other things to note Would you like to enjoy breakfast during your stay? That is possible for €15 per person. Breakfast will be prepared for you in the refrigerator, so you can enjoy it at your own convenience. This way, you can start the day calmly and entirely at your own pace. There is a choice of bread types, toppings, and other breakfast items. A vegetarian breakfast is also available. And of course, a fresh egg is a must—straight from our own chickens.
