CASASOL is located on a 20-hectare property with lots of nature, native forest, a small stream and many species of birds. It is a beautiful place, ideal for enjoying quiet and pleasant moments. Our project has already been featured on the world's largest architecture platform, Archdaily. ATTENTION: the cabin is for one couple only. * House not suitable for babies and children * * No pets allowed, regardless of size * *Fishing and smoking are expressly prohibited* The space The house has a kitchen (electric stove and minibar), with basic utensils (plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, wine and sparkling wine glasses, pots, bowls, olive oil, salt, coffee and V60 filter). Double hydromassage with chromotherapy, uses gas-heated hot water. It has a pergola cover with polycarbonate. 55” Smart TV CASASOL is surrounded by nature, integrated into the landscape. There is a space to make a bonfire with benches to enjoy good times in the outdoor area. We leave firewood for use. We provide bed linens, pillows and blankets. The bathroom is inside the house, and has a gas shower and glass window overlooking the woods. We provide bath and face towels, amenities and a hairdryer. Guest access CASASOL is less than 10 minutes (by car) from the center of Itapema, with about 1.5 km of dirt road. Guests have access to a forest where they can go hiking and trekking. There is a small stream and several species of native plants. On the property, there is a main house, about 150 meters from the cabin, which we do not frequent when CASASOL is rented, and the caretakers live in the back of this house. We rent the big house for events when the CASASOL cabin is not rented. Other things to note We have good quality, fiber optic Wi-Fi in the house. We help with local tips for tours, places and experiences. It is important to mention that the nearest market is a 10-minute drive away, and is open until 10 p.m. (Mon-Sun).
