First floor is shoe store and Kitchen use by owner , you can use kitchen but need to ask permission to the owner , the owner lives in adjacent building same compound. Second floor , three rooms available , it is where your room located. You have your own stair going up to your room (separate stair located in front of the building). All three rooms were for guest only (So you have a privacy in second floor) . There is also balcony where you can use to relax, and also a kitchenette if you want to eat. We also provide utensils just ask the owner, who is available in the first floor. If you have a rent motorcycle or vehicle you can park inside the parking space of the compound or in front of the building. Guest access Guest entrance is in front of the building, dedicated for guest only. All guest room are in the second floor. Guest can use kitchen in the first floor, just ask permission to the owner, which is available anytime in the first floor. Kitchenette in second floor for guest. Other things to note We are located near National Highway , easy access to transportation and restaurant. We are located in front barangay hall and basket ball court. We can provide transportation service and tour ideas. We are walking distance to Catholic Church and nearby restaurants and canteen.
