Cozy 3/2 Home in Quiet Rittman

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This cozy little house has been completely renovated and has all new appliances and mattresses. The space This home is on a quiet street in the small town of Rittman. There is a nice sized covered front porch with seating. The back yard is completely enclosed with a wooden fence creating a nice private space. There is plenty of space for parking in the driveway. The back patio has a gas BBQ grill, two dining tables with umbrellas, (both seat 6 and additional chairs are in the garage), a loveseat and a firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs. Inside, the main floor has a comfortable living room with original hardwood floors and has central A/C and Heat. The large screen Roku TV has some free services or you can sign in to your own account. The kitchen is stocked with many essentials and there is complimentary coffee and tea provided. The dining table adjacent to the kitchen seats 4. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, a walk-in closet and a sitting area with a coffee table and futon (the futon couches are adjustable - they recline or lay flat for additional sleeping). The bathroom on the main floor has a walk-in shower. Plenty of towels are provided as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Downstairs the finished basement provides a full bath with tub and shower, laundry room with washer and dryer (laundry soap provided), two bedrooms and a small family room. All the basement rooms are heated and are quite comfortable without A/C but fans are provided. The family room has a large screen Roku TV and DVD player (some movies provided), recliner and futon. One bedroom has two queen beds and the other provides two twin beds and a desk. There are some games, puzzles, books and toys for the kids. Guest access The whole property is yours to use with a temporary exception of the garage due to the construction materials from the renovations currently being stored there. Other things to note The town of Rittman prohibits parking on the street from 1 - 6 am.
