Relax at this unique and tranquil getaway in the heart of Southfields. Moments from the tube and the All England Tennis Club and a lovely family home. Beds you will sleep in, a garden to play in and lots of family games. And, an easy to commute to anywhere else in London. The space The home has three king size bedrooms. One bedroom also has a spare single mattress, so can sleep three. The mattresses are all new and the beds are really comfy. The rooms are also all very dark once curtains or blinds are drawn. A ground floor TV room as a double sofa bed, which is new and very comfortable. And makes a great extra single room or teen room;) The top floor bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The first floor bedrooms share a bathroom. There is a toilet on the ground floor. The light and air kitchen opens onto the garden which is barely overlooked, providing excellent privacy. There is a separate utility space and lovely living room. One room, the small study, is locked. The carpets are cleaned one per year. This is a family home and is clean but reflects the fact it is lived in. The house has a dog. Since October 2024 we have also had a cat. He is lovely a sociable and ideally would stay in the house but of course this can be discussed. Parking can be arranged for the stay, in advance. There is a weekday daily parking restriction so daily permits are necessary. The house is 2 minutes from Southfields tube and the shops, cafes and restaurants; and 5 minutes from Wimbledon Park with the lake, playground and tennis courts. Southfields itself is an easy travel into any part of London from 20 minutes + depending on where you are headed Guest access Via a lockbox.
