Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale! Whether you're visiting for a weekend getaway, spring training, golf, business travel, shopping, or nightlife, this fully equipped condo has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. 🚭 Smoking Policy Absolutely no smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo. To ensure a clean environment for all guests, smoking indoors will result in a $250 cleaning fee. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking area near the front entrance of the building complex, should be shaded areas this includes Weed and cigarettes. Vaping is fine indoors. Thank you for helping us keep the condo fresh and enjoyable for every guest. 🛁 Bathroom Amenities Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other essentials are provided. Extra towels are conveniently stored under the bathroom sink along with pool towels. 🧺 Laundry On-site laundry facilities are located one floor above the condo and are accessible using the key fob hanging beneath the clock. Washers and dryers are $4.25 per load, payable by coins or the PayRange app. Laundry detergent and household cleaning supplies are located beneath the kitchen sink. 🛏 Sleeping Arrangements The condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with a luxurious Tempur-Pedic king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Extra bedding, pillows, and blankets for the sleeper sofa are located in the hallway closet. ⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Need a little extra flexibility? Early check-in and late check-out may be available for $15 per hour, subject to availability. Please let us know in advance so we can do our best to accommodate your request. 🐾 Pet-Friendly We're happy to welcome your furry family members! Please notify us before arrival so we can prepare for your pet. Guest access 🏡 Guest Access Guests have full access to the entire condo, giving you complete privacy during your stay in Old Town Scottsdale. Your stay also includes access to the community's heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, clubhouse, and on-site laundry facilities using the provided key fob. Please note that a replacement fee will apply if the key fob is lost. 🏊 Heated Pool, Hot Tub & Fitness Center To access the resort-style amenities, exit through the back gate and turn left, continuing straight along the sidewalk until you reach the clubhouse. Alternatively, exit through the front door, turn right, continue to the end of the walkway, turn right again, and use your key fob to enter through the black gate. Once inside, the heated pool, hot tub, and clubhouse will be directly ahead. The clubhouse features a fitness center with cardio equipment and workout machines, making it easy to stay active during your vacation, business trip, or extended stay in Scottsdale. Other things to note If you have a tesla there are charging stations across the street in the sprouts parking lot. Checking in early or late is 15 dollars an hour and must be discussed prior notice. If the cleaner has to extend extra time because you stayed late without giving proper notice past 10am. A $20 fee will be added on as well.
