Charming little house that can accommodate 4 people. Renovated with lots of amenities that will make your stay pleasant (air conditioning, equipped kitchen...) Ideally located 25 minutes from Disneyland, 20 minutes from Parc Astérix and 30 minutes from Paris. Accessible from Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport (15 minutes). The space Ideally located between Charles de Gaulle Airport (15 min), Asterix Park (20 min), Disneyland Paris (25 min) and Village Nature (25 min) by car. 30 min from the gates of Paris as well. You can also easily go to 2 leisure bases located 15 min each (Jablines and Torcy leisure bases). The cottage has just been refurbished, it includes the following: Mezzanine with 1 double bed. Fully equipped kitchen (Tassimo coffee maker, refrigerator, hob, range hood, etc.) Sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. AC / Heater. Free and easy Parking. Bed linens and towels are provided. An outdoor surveillance camera system is present only on the access to the accommodation to ensure its safety. Guest access Common access with our main residence, common garden but the accommodation is independent at the bottom of the garden. Free parking. 3 minutes from the Shopping Promenade, a large outdoor shopping center (shops, restaurants, cinema, bowling, speed park….) 10-minute walk to Canal de l'Ourcq, ideal for bike or walking tours. Small shops within a 2-minute walk (bakery, greengrocer and pharmacy) Self check-in is not possible. Other things to note Events NOT ACCEPTED (birthday, baby shower, etc.)
