We have a swimming pool with whirlpool and a private dam a few meters from the house, with a pier for diving, kayaking (we offer) or stand-up. Fishing spot and hiking trails. In winter, you can warm up by the fireplace or the fire pit, as well as a grass volleyball court and corners to gather memories. Our distinguishing feature is the common area, an arm of the dam passes inside the condominium, exclusively for the unit owners and guests, allowing fishing, swimming, kayaking, as well as a breathtaking view, it is so beautiful! Guest access There is a leisure area with a playground inside the Condominium, with free access for children. The Condominium's private reservoir, fishing spots and diving pier are also freely accessible. IMPORTANT: For your safety and that of all residents of the condominium, to check in you will be required in advance, a list with the full name and ID of all guests, as well as the license plate and make of the car and upon arrival at the Entrance Gate your facial image will be registered.
