Cedar Hideaway sits atop a hill overlooking Lazy H farm. The campsite is tucked between cedar trees creating a shady, private spot to enjoy the glamping tent. Power is available at the campsite and inside the tent. Two twin mattress provided, bedding is available for rent. Lights are strung between the trees illuminating the forest setting at night. Bathrooms, sink and shower house are located a few hundred feet away. Fresh mineral spring water is available at the shower house as well. The space Lazy H Farm is an organic, family-owned farm and gardens located outside of Mount Vernon, Washington in Skagit County. Focused on sustainable practices, we grow organic produce, berries, apples, herbs, lavender, flowers and more! The farm is home to a happy family of animals. Come say hello to our mini pigs, alpacas, hens, ducks and barn kitties. The farm is also host to an array of wildlife including: Great Blue Heron, eagles, owls, and deer. Farm in located minutes from I-5 less than two hours from Seattle and Vancouver, Canada. Mount Baker National Forest and North Cascade National Park are both a short drive away. Lazy H Farms is only a few miles from the coast and there is lots to see and do in Skagit County. Please note this is a working farm with working dogs protecting our livestock 24/7 and you may hear a few barks upon your arrival. Please send us a message if you have any questions! Guest access Beyond the private campsite and picnic table, guests have access to the community pondside area and picnic table. A drydocked boat is set up for photos and lawn games are available for rent. Guests also have access to the island where they can enjoy the ducks and views of the alpacas and mini pigs in the fields. The pond area is surrounded by organic herb and fruit gardens. Plenty of natural wildlife to enjoy as well, keep your eyes open!
