Hansastova at Heggland Farm

Vestland idyll with a view of the lake and snowy mountains. Simple and authentic standard, fantastic view! Heggland Gardsbruk is a family farm that produces organic vegetables and our goats and sheep graze in the hills around the farm. In July and August they are high up in the mountains, though. 30 minutes from Voss, 15 minutes from Gudvangen. Hansastova is one of two houses on the farm, and we lives in the other house ourselves. About 400 meters steep dirt road up from the E16. The space Hansastova has two floors. On the first floor you will find a kitchen, pantry, living room, bathroom, laundry room, and bedroom 1 with a king-size bed. There is also access to the patio at the back of the house, with a dining area and barbecue facilities. On the second floor you will find three beedrooms: - Bedroom 2, with a king-size bed, bunk beds and cot and a few children's toys. - Bedroom 3 with a single 90 cm bed. - Bedroom 4 with a king-size bed. Please note that you have to walk through bedroom 3 to get to bedroom 4. This is an old house from 1925, and the stairs up to the second floor are old-fashioned and steep Guest access You are welcome to use the whole house, but on the second floor there is a locked storage room for private use. Please do not walk in the field of grass. It will be harvested for animal feed. Other things to note Hansastova is located on a farm, and from time to time there will be both smells and sounds of farm life. The nearest grocery store is Joker Hauksvik 2 minutes away, but they close at 6pm most days, 8pm at Friday. The closest grocery store then is Joker Vossestrand in the direction of Bergen (15 min) or Joker Gudvangen in the direction of Oslo (15 min)
