House with garden located in the heart of Arçais, emblematic village of the Marais Poitevin, close to shops and a few minutes walk from the port. Great for families. Dogs allowed. Enclosed garden. Private parking space Accommodation at an attractive rate. It is not new, but you will find all the necessary amenities for a family (including baby) and can sleep 6 people. In the village: grocery store, catering, bike rental, boat and canoe... The space On the ground floor a large living room with sitting area (with TV) and dining area. The room is open to a kitchenette equipped with the necessary. The toilet is also present on the ground floor, with the washing machine. The space under the stairs is dedicated to storage, baby bed, baby chairs, household products etc. The kitchen opens outside onto a sheltered awning, itself overlooking a small terrace and then a private enclosed garden. There you will find garden furniture with 6 chairs, a barbecue (charcoal not included) and two sun loungers. Upstairs a bathroom with corner shower cubicle and 2 bedrooms. The "blue" bedroom has a large double bed (140 x 190) night tables with bedside lamps and a wardrobe to store your belongings. The "red" bedroom is a dormitory that can accommodate 4 people (for children for example) with a bunk bed and a single bed with a pull-out bed. There's a sideboard to store your stuff and a toy trunk. You have access to the whole place, as well as its small garden and the corresponding parking space. We don't live there, so please let us know in advance if you need any specific equipment. The accommodation is equipped with a key box, check-in and check-out are self-service. Bed linen is included, but you must provide your bath towels (and shower mats if you want one). Guest access The parking is to be shared with the neighbors but a space is reserved for you. The garden, awning and the entire accommodation are fully reserved for you. Other things to note Although the accommodation is in the countryside, it is located in the center of the village in a living space with several neighbors, some with children. Please respect the neighborhood. Feel free to introduce yourself as needed. At the end of the stay, please leave the accommodation clean, cleaned and linen gathered in the basket. Electric vehicle charging is not permitted (unsuitable electrical installation) A double 18 kW terminal is available in Saint Hilaire la Pallud (5 min drive)
