The space The apartment has been renovated for all your needs, yet retaining the charm of the original architecture of the home, this is a stylish and cozy space, one of few in the area that can boast air conditioning for your comfort. This is a perfect location to walk to the many coffee shops and restaurants or enjoy fresh produce from the local farmers market. This is a quiet neighborhood, so we just ask that guests keep things low-key and respectful. If you're planning to party with friends, we totally get it — but this probably isn’t the right spot. Thanks for understanding! 3sixtyone is a beautifully renovated craftsman style home with 9ft ceilings and large windows. In the space, conveniently laid out on one floor, you will find two queen size bedrooms with Casper medium firm mattresses with memory foam support, hypoallergenic pillows. One bedroom boasts french doors opening onto your private south facing deck. The other large bedroom has a walk in closet and a desk with a lamp for your use. In both closets we provide wooden hangers and a place to store your folded clothes. There is a large fully appointed kitchen with quartz countertops and a perfect spot for sitting to enjoy your morning coffee. We provide some tea and coffee to get you started, as well as salt, pepper & oil. There is also a full size washer and dryer and dishwasher for your convenience with complimentary cleaning pods. The dining table seats 6 people comfortably for family and friends or you could sit in the large bay window and soak up the light. In the living area, relax on the deep and comfortable sectional in front of the smart TV, which also easily converts to a queen sleeper. There is a basket of blankets, games in the console and books in the hidden library. The bathroom has a double vanity with heated floor to keep your feet warm. There is a large lighted mirror with anti-fog function and a sumptuous rain shower. Complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience. All bedding and towels are Oeko-Tex certified. Outside, your private deck is perfect for breakfast and watching the resident hummingbirds flit around the apple trees or enjoying an evening drink with friends. The deck opens up to shared back yard where you are welcome to help yourself to the three varieties of apples if you are staying with us in season. Other things to note Due to our cleaning crews and inspection schedules, we are not able to accommodate an early check in. If you know that you are arriving early, we highly recommend booking the night before so that you have instant access. There is a shared driveway to the side of the house that you may use for loading and unloading only. It is shared access and needs to be kept clear. There is free street parking in the neighborhood. No pets are allowed in this unit. Please be courteous and respectful of the guests in the *apartment above/below* you, as this house is over 110 years old and sound does travel through. The space is not suitable for children below the age of 10. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. However if guests are bringing children, we request that you supervise your children both inside and outside the property at all times, for their safety and to prevent any potential accidents or disturbances. This will ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all guest. No bikes are allowed in the apartment, we have a shed in the back yard with a padlock which can be made available upon request. Staying for more than two weeks? Our cleaners will clean the apartment and take care of the linen and the towels, at the guest expense.
