Culturally preserved Småland house with all amenities, underfloor heating, tiled bathroom and kitchen in industrial style. Fiber broadband, smart TV. Three double beds (one in the guest house), bedside crib, crib, junior bed. Child and dog friendly. Cozy garden! The space Lower level: Entrance hall, fully tiled bathroom with shower, toilet, and laundry sink, living room with oak parquet flooring, dining room with an eight-person extendable table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and seating for two. Upper level: Stair ledge/reading corner with railing/child gate in Jugendstil and bedroom with a 180 double bed, bedside crib and junior bed. Ergonomic dog bed for large dog and food bowls are also available. One additional bedroom and a small bathroom with shower. Guest house: Small guest house with double bed and workspace/desk with broadband (also in the residential house of course). Charming outdoor toilet for two is in the outhouse adjacent to the guest house for those who prefer it, but it is otherwise close to the toilet/bathroom in the residential house. Yard: Large plot with outdoor area, barbecue, fire pit with seat stubs, large trampoline and sandbox. Fruit and berry trees/bushes. The garden is not surrounded by fences, but sometimes by outbuildings, the stone walls, the lilberry berries and growing beds. Toys and splash pool and other things for children. German speaking co-host available! Surrounding areas: Wide range of swimming and fishing lakes in the surrounding area. Restaurants and cafes we can recommend: Lönnebergaboa, seasonal restaurant and pub, 2 km from the house via the same time- bike path that leads to Ängahultsbadet.
