The property sits snugly between the great PACIFIC OCEAN and the vast stretches of RICE FIELDS, with a view of the ominous BULUSAN VOLCANO in the horizon. FURRY FRIENDS: Two poodles, a labradoodle, and five cats. Please ensure they don't run into the street. Security: Our night security guard ensures safety. Feel free to approach him for assistance. LAMADANG SUITE: King-size bed, private study, En Suite Bathroom with bathtub and outdoor shower. Two single beds for extra guests. View of rice fields and Bulusan volcano. MALASUGI ROOM: Super cozy queen-size bed, private balcony with vintage rocking chairs and a Brazilian hammock. Best views of rice fields and sunsets. SHELL BATHROOM: Shared, spacious with road and rice field views, shell-shaped shower stall. BATALAY LOFT: Large sofas, LED TV, work desk. Perfect balance of work and relaxation. TURINGAN LOFT: Sleeps 6 guests, overlooks kitchen and living areas. Warm and connected space. SUGBAHAN: Because no beach experience is complete without some beach barbecue, our grill station is free to use by all our guests. PARKING: PARK along the main road or use the driveway for drop-offs and pick-ups. Guest access MORNING DELIGHTS: Start your day with homemade peanut butter, sourdough bread, champorado, local premium coffee, and refreshing calamansi juice. For a taste of local cuisine, request special Bicolano meals prepared by our staff for an additional fee. STAY PERKS: Guests have the entire 2nd Floor and Loft of the main house for the duration of their stay. Enjoy the shared dipping pool and fenced property where guests and animals can freely roam. The grill station is available for cooking up a storm. Books, games, and Netflix are available for your enjoyment. CONNECTIVITY: Baia Nest is equipped with Converge and also has Starlink as a backup. Beach Access: The beach is just a 2-minute walk from our house, through a small seaside village. An outdoor shower by the gate allows guests to rinse off before getting into the dipping pool or upon arrival from the beach. RESIDENT PETS: Guests will be delighted to meet our adorable furry friends: two lovely poodles, a playful labradoodle, and five quirky cats. Please take care not to let them run into the street when entering or exiting our front gates. SECURITY: Every night, our security guard takes his post to make sure every guest sleeps safe and sound. Enjoy the tall trees, grazing carabao, and a symphony of birds like kingfishers, herons, and fish eagles. You might also spot farm animals like field mice, insects, turtles, and reptiles. PARKING: Our driveway within the property can only accommodate two cars, or one vehicle for each room, as we are still constructing the carport. If these slots are taken, guests will have to park their vehicles by the road outside the property. CONSTRUCTION AND BROWNOUTS: Baia Nest is a work in progress. We are currently building our pool, and you may see construction from the Lamadang bathroom. We'll minimize noise for our guests. Occasional whole-day brownouts (6am-6pm) may occur. Our small generator powers the refrigerator and Wi-Fi but not the water pump simultaneously. We'll coordinate with you during these times. DOORS, WINDOWS, AND BEDS: The Lamadang Suite and Malasugi Room have lockable doors and windows. Central room and loft doors and windows are still being crafted, so some may be missing during your stay. Beds are on the floor, as shown in the pictures. We’re working on adding bed frames, but doors and windows come first. ANIMALS AND PETS: Guests with pets should coordinate with us before arrival. Pets are allowed after a short approval process along with a P500 pet fee. Pets need proper introduction to our Baia Nest animals. Our dogs are not usually friendly to strange cats. Being next to the rice fields, you may encounter farm wildlife such as field rats, insects, and reptiles. MEALS AND SWIMMING: While our Nests are self-service, you can hire a local cook or kitchen assistant for meal preparation. Ask us for the menu and costs based on group size and number of meals. No lifeguards are present, so swim at your own risk. Be aware of currents and wave conditions before entering the water. DISCOUNTS AND DAYTIME GUESTS: Enjoy discounts for stays of 2 nights or more. The longer you stay, the bigger the discount. Treat yourself to an extra day! A daytime guest fee of P500 per guest applies. Please inform us if you'll be entertaining guests in our Nest. What's more, if you book within 6 days prior to your booking date, you are automatically granted a 20% discount. NOISE AND REBOOKING: Our house is beside the road. Expect street sounds and fish vendors at 6 AM. Fiesta sounds may travel across the rice fields to our house a few days a year. We do not allow rebooking less than 2 weeks before your stay, in line with our firm cancellation policy. CLEANING AND SHEET CHANGES: Cleaning and sheet changes are conducted every 3 days for longer stays. Daily sheet changes can be arranged for an extra fee. THINGS TO CONSIDER: >You may encounter farm wildlife such as field mice, insects, and reptiles. >Occasional power outages within the province can occur. >SOME LEAKS may happen from the native roof after heavy rain. >The loft uses only ELECTRIC FANS for additional cooling, and the bathroom is shared with other guests. >PARKING is available streetside outside the property. >Some areas may be under CONSTRUCTION during the day. >PETS allowed after an approval process, along with a pet fee. >A MOTORBIKE and MINIVAN are available for rent.
