Well equipped and well located large house to visit from Bardenas real de Navarra, Senda Viva park, natural dehesa of Moncayo, Tudela and Ribera. The price is for up to 10 people, with an extra payment of €32 per additional person for up to 2 more, for a total of 12 people. On long weekends, Easter, and Christmas, the entire house is rented. Minimum rental is 2 days. A cash deposit of €200 is required, which will be returned upon departure if everything is left as it was. Please inquire about renting individual rooms. The house on the ground floor consists of an entrance hall, a bedroom with two 105x200 beds, a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and an outdoor garden with a barbecue. There is a kitchen counter with a sink and a butane stove for a large pot, a paella pan, and a griddle under a large porch. On the first floor, there are three rooms with a 150 x 200 double bed and one room with two 105 x 200 beds. In a common area on the first floor, there is the option of 2 more extra beds measuring 105x200. In total, there are 5 rooms with 10+2 beds. 12 beds in total. On the first floor, there are two bathrooms and a large hall. Check-in is from 5:30 p.m. and check-out is before 11 a.m. (see other times). The house can accommodate 10 people (the booking price is for a maximum of 10 people). Two extra beds are available at a cost of €64 per person per weekend. Total capacity: 12 people. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms with double beds (150 x 200 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (105 x 200 cm). In a common area upstairs, it is possible to add two additional single beds (105 x 200 cm). In total, the house has 5 bedrooms (10 + 2 beds), for a total capacity of 12 people. The upper floor also has two bathrooms and a large hall.
