Stress-less Ocean Grove is a renovated 2 story townhouse that is perfect for those who love Indoor Bowls , Golf, Surfing, Paddle Boarding or just beach life. Location is a short walk to Ocean Grove Bowling Club 750m, Cafe’s, Local Golf Course, River, Main Beach & the local shopping strip is only is 1.3 km’s away. Ideally Suited for 1 - 2 couples or smaller family. Full kitchen, lounge, gas log fire, AC, balconies and outdoor seating in enclosed courtyard style yard. 11 internal stairs no lift. The space With an 11am check out it’s nice not to rush in the morning. Our property is 3 Bedrooms with the main bedroom upstairs ( 11 stairs no lift ) and includes 1 King Size Bed an En-suite, built in wardrobe and includes a Balcony at the rear of the property , in addition the kitchen and living area are also upstairs The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, stone bench tops and a full size fridge with filtered water and ice maker ( bar fridge not for guest use ) . The Living room is a relaxing space with a gas log fire and reverse cycle system for year round comfort and an additional balcony to the front of the property which is great for a warm summer's night to watch the sunset . The remaining bedrooms are downstairs with 1 room having a Double bed , side tables and built in wardrobe and the other bedroom has a Queen bed and side tables storage only, these bedrooms are both serviced by the downstairs bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and toilet . There is a laundry downstairs with a front load washing machine , there's a dryer in the garage . Outside there is a fully enclosed private courtyard style backyard - (no exit or entry via back gate ) . There is plenty of off street parking big enough for a boat or a couple of cars ( rare for a townhouse) also a garage for 1 small to medium size car due to height limitations MAX 1950 ( please check your vehicle will fit before using the garage ) Locked storage / cupboard and cabinet in garage unavailable to guest. We are next door to a cafe that does get busy as a result you can hear conversational noise from the front balcony - however it is only open during the day . As this is a townhouse ** you will ** hear footsteps from the upstairs living space and staircase from downstairs . Guest access Access via digital door code - details provided closer to check-in. Garage parking for 1 small to medium car due to height restrictions, free off street parking for 2 cars, there is NO exit or entry via back gate. Other things to note Max of 5 guests no exceptions No Bath only showers 11 Stairs no lift or child gate 2 Balconies please keep this in mind if you are considering our property and have young children. Note the property does not have facilities for young children or infants such as cots and baths and is not set up as child friendly - we have stairs and balconies at the property so please keep this in mind if if you are considering this property . We are a 100% smoke / Vape and pet free. Extra blankets and throws are in the bedroom wardrobes. From the 01/01/2025 the Victorian Government have implemented a short stay levy of 7.5% The short stay levy will apply to short stays in Victorian property. The levy is a flat 7.5% of the total booking fees paid, including fees and charges such as cleaning fees and GST, where applicable. The total booking fee does not include credit card fees. This is charged and collected by Airbnb at the time of your booking. Revenue raised by the short stay levy will fund Homes Victoria, with 25% of funds to be invested in regional Victoria. I have no control over this additional fee as it’s implemented by the Victorian Government. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip against unexpected events like illness or travel delays lost items etc as I an unable to refund for these events / situations that don't align with the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking .
