Among them, the beautiful white sandy beach known as Salina Bamba is just a few metres from the villa and will enchant you with its crystal-clear waters. Furthermore, if you wish, you can rent a boat and explore the entire marine protected area of Tavolara Island. This fantastic bay encloses the islands of Molara, Tavolara and Proratora. Here, the coastline is characterised by numerous sandy inlets surrounded by high ground and covered with rich Mediterranean scrub, consisting of plants such as juniper, rosemary and myrtle. The characteristic town of San Teodoro can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Other things to note Pets are welcome on request at an extra cost and subject to acceptance, provided that they are not allowed on beds and sofas and are taken outside the property to do their business. WASTE DISPOSAL: Please follow the rules for separate waste collection and dispose of waste correctly as instructed at check-in, separating organic waste, plastic, glass, paper, cans and dry waste into separate bags and placing them in the appropriate bins. At CHECK-OUT, the property must be completely free of residual waste. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of £250.00. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €2,000.00 will be retained via credit card. The amount will be automatically released (depending on your bank's processing times) at the end of your stay.
