The space Townhouse B is the second of two units on the property. Enter from a shared concrete path that leads to all units. You enter the space from a private metal gate that opens up into a private courtyard where the main entry consist of a sliding patio door. This North facing patio is mostly shaded during the day. Nice cool space during the hot summer days. The patio door opens to the KLD (kitchen living dining) area with a central prep island that also accommodates as a dining table. The plywood cabinets accompanied by the steel staircase and polished concrete floors co-exist as the modern trifecta. Sleek lines of the stairwell lead you up to the 2nd floor where you will find the bed area with clerestory widows opening up toward the sky. We have had issues with Short Term Rentals as USPS does not usually deliver packages and mail to the mailbox for Short Term Rentals. USPS will usually hold the mail/packages @ their closest Main Distribution Center for guest pickup. The best way to receive packages is via UPS or other outside logistics companies, delivering directly to the unit Number/Letter. We do not guarantee the safety or delivery of guest mail so please do so with this understanding. We are happy to answer any questions in regards to mail and help in any way we can. Other things to note NEIGHBORS The property is shared with 1 other unit. Please treat others with respect and follow quite hrs. PARKING The dedicated parking is accessed by the adjacent alley in back of property. They are labeled with each unit Letter. If you would like more information feel free to reach out to them or let us know. EARLY AND LATE CHECK-IN/OUT Upon request we may be able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out. It is more feasible to accommodate this if we are notified at least 3-5 days in advance so our cleaning team can work around the schedule. The guest will be charged (7$) for each additional hour added onto their check-in or check-out. Thank you
