Cosy cabin in private garden

Enjoy a tranquil getaway in this cosy and comfortable brand new, fully insulated cabin. Includes kettle, toaster, microwave, minifridge plus electric sink for hand washing/teeth brushing. WC/shower & utility room for guest use are in the main house just across the drive (100ft away) with own entrance & locked off from the house. Antiques cafe over the road, pizza van every Thursday at the end of the drive. Plus village shop, PO, Uni campus & river walks to enjoy! The space Brand new, fully insulated garden cabin with your own driveway parking space right in front. Includes kettle, toaster, microwave, mini fridge (with ice box) plus small electric sink for hand washing/teeth brushing and hairdryer. Tea, coffee and some herbal teas are included. The WC, walk in shower & utility room for guest use are in the ground floor extension of the main house just across the drive (100ft away). You'll have your own entrance & the adjoining door to my kitchen is locked from my side. I may need to use the washing machine (in the utility room) during your stay but will never do so if you're using the facilities at the time! The cabin is furnished with plates, bowls, mugs, glasses (including wine glasses), chopping board, cutlery and enough kitchen utensils to prepare a simple meal. Please wash the dishes in the Utility room as the cabin sink is small and not suitable for clearing away food waste. The King Size Ottoman bed has lots of easy access storage underneath as well as two storage baskets under the bench seat. There's a plug in heater which makes the cabin really toasty in a short time. The two windows can both be opened if you like to have fresh air. Lovely Antiques cafe & garden just over the road, pizza van every Thursday at the end of the drive. Plus village shop, PO, Community shop, Bus Stop Book Swap, Uni campus with cafes & lovely river walks to enjoy! I spent all of 2022 renovating the property and clearing the garden which is still a work in progress. The driveway has just been landscaped and is very spacious, with plenty of room for at least 4 cars! Guest access Feel free to go anywhere in the driveway and garden. Other things to note We have two young cats who are not allowed in the cabin but come and go from the house via a cat flap in the extension. East Midlands Airport is just 15 mins drive away so you'll sometimes hear planes flying over. They're not that often or that low so I barely notice them any more but if you're a really light sleeper, you might want to bring ear plugs.
