Large home, close to the sea with annexe & parking

Our beautiful space is designed to be a home from home. After a day spent exploring the coastal paths, surfing the Cornish waves or indulging in cream teas, head back to our home that has been created with that little touch of luxury in mind. Clean fresh bedding, fluffy towels and cosy lighting, combining style and chic surroundings. The garden offers a sauna, fire-pit and glimpse of the nearby beaches, and a short walk takes you to fabulous coastal walks, bars, restaurants, galleries and more The space Our home with parking for 2/3vehicles is in the heart of Newquay and its spectacular beaches. Once inside you will find a stylish, spacious living area set over 3 floors, however that homely and luxurious feel remains throughout. There are 2.5 bathrooms, however please note that 1 of these bathrooms, the kitchenette and bedroom 6 are within a separate annexe attached to the main house. This allows for privacy whilst remaining close. Every bedroom including bedroom 5 (which has a sofa bed) has a working sink and vanity area. Newquay is the surfing capital of Cornwall with 7 beaches to choose from including the famous Fistral beach. There are also many fabulous walks along the Southwest Coastal Path, and all of this is within walking distance from our front door. There are numerous bars and restaurants (and spa's) nearby (many with a view), so whether you fancy fine dining or something more relaxed, or simply cook up a family meal in our beautiful dining area after your fun packed day there's something for everyone. There is a sauna and fire pit area in the garden to warm you up and relax you at the end of a busy day. Guest access The whole house and garden are available to guests. Please note that bedroom 6, the kitchenette and one of the bathrooms are situated in a separate annexe. The annexe has a separate entrance allowing for privacy, however it is attached to the main house so guests will still be close together. Other things to note Please contact us if you would like to book a different date to what is offered on the website. The back garden has been renovated to include a fire pit area, eating area and sauna. There are 2.5 bathrooms, however 1 of these bathrooms, the kitchenette and bedroom 6 are within a separate annexe attached to the main house. Every bedroom including the 5th bedroom (which has a sofa bed) has a working sink and vanity area. A ring doorbell with live CCTV is operating at the front door of the property for safety and security. Free off road parking (unusual for Newquay) for 2 cars (3 if 1 car is parked across the driveway) This is our home and we do not have any pets. We will accept 1 well behaved or therapy dog but strictly downstairs only and not on the furniture please. Bedroom 5 has a sofa bed (small double) or can be used as an office. We will check your preference before you arrive. If used as an office, the house will then be suitable for 10 guests.
