Old barn in Moloy

Located in the center of the village of Moloy and about 30 km from the city of Dijon, this renovated old barn has an outdoor garden with views of the entire property as well as access to a swimming pool. It can accommodate up to 6 people (+ 2 people). Household linens (towels and sheets) are of course included and changed between each visitor. The space 🏡 A spacious and warm accommodation, ideal for stays for families or groups of friends The accommodation has two separate entrances: one directly overlooks the kitchen, the other, via a bay window, opens onto the living room. The interior is organized on two levels: The ground floor is divided into two spaces: On the one hand, a fully equipped kitchen, with an adjoining storage room where the washing machine and heat pump system are located On the other, a large living room designed for shared moments: - Large table with two benches - Lounge area with two sofas, including a sofa bed - Fireplace and foosball for lively evenings 🛌 Upstairs: two independent wings for more privacy The floor is divided into two independent wings, each with its own sleeping area and bathroom: 🌅 East Wing - An elegant master bedroom with a double canopy bed and a desk - A children's room with bunk bed - Separate bathroom and toilet A door allows this wing to be closed to preserve privacy 📚 West Wing - One bedroom with double bed with a large well-stocked library - Separate bathroom and toilet This wing can also be completely independent What's included during your stay: - Swimming pool (only from July) 1 m - 2.10 m deep ⚠️ Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. No supervision is provided by the host. It is therefore mandatory to supervise children at all times and to follow the safety guidelines. The pool is equipped with a safety device in accordance with the regulations (anti-drowning alarm and pool shelter), but this does not replace human vigilance. There is no life-saving equipment. Other things to note Moloy is a small peaceful village in Burgundy, with just over 200 inhabitants. Located on the banks of the Ignon, a charming river, it offers an ideal setting for lovers of quiet walks and relaxation in the countryside. The Ignon Valley is hilly, green and ideal for walking or cycling. A few kilometers away, you can explore the Parc National des Forêts, a preserved natural area, accessible both by car and by bike. The region is also home to a protected area, where rare wild orchids grow, a real pleasure for lovers of flora. The village is spacious, quiet and offers some facilities to enjoy the outdoors: - A children's playground - A ping-pong table and a petanque court near the town hall - A soccer field near the community hall You will also find a local farm – La Ferme de l'Abergement – where you can buy local products, as well as the bar “Les Vieux Fourneaux”, a friendly place where it is sometimes possible to buy some products to cook during your stay. Finally, to experience a typical moment and meet the locals, don't miss the local market of Moloy, which takes place every Wednesday from 5:20 p.m. to 7 p.m. (it is recommended to go there at the beginning of the market, some merchants leave earlier depending on the crowd).
