The home features a lower level with laundry and bathroom, main level, with gourmet kitchen, dining and living room, and an upper level with 3 Queen bedrooms and 1 upstairs full bath, suitable for sleeping 6 Adults comfortably. The main floor offers spacious, comfortable seating for groups to gather with plenty of space to spare and spread-out. The well-appointed layout is cozy and inviting, and the original refinished hardwood floors, exposed brick and refinished original trim throughout, add to the charm and appeal of the home. NOTE: We provide a starter kit of paper products (TP & Paper Towels), and Shampoo, conditioner, Body wash, and lotion. HOUSE RULES: • All guests must be over the age of 25 unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required. • All check-ins are 'self' and contactless using your Smart Lock code that you will receive prior to arrival. To provide this service we may require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity prior to check-in. • Bookings made within 10 days of arrival may require additional documentation. • No smoking of any kind inside or outside of the home. • No pets allowed. • No outside shoes in the home. The home does have hardwood floors throughout so please don’t hesitate to bring your slippers • NO EVENTS - This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. • Please respect the home and clean up after yourself! • Two Harbors City Ordinance Quiet Hours – 9:30PM-7:30AM. We love our neighbors!! Please be respectful of the permanent residents around this property. • Deviation from these rules can result in an immediate eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.
