The Chez René gîte is conveniently located for visiting Cotentin and its surroundings: • 5 minutes from Sainte-Mère-Église and Montebourg • 20 min from the D-Day Landing beaches • 35 min from Cherbourg • 30 min from Val de Saire • 45 minutes from La Hague • 1 hour from Caen • 1.5 hours from Mont-Saint-Michel The space ON THE GROUND FLOOR: - An entrance - A separate toilet - Dining room - Fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, chopper, raclette machine, pressure cooker, etc.) with island for convivial moments with views of the surrounding countryside. -a living room with sofa, 2 cozy armchairs, flat screen connected with CANALSAT, Netflix and Disney+ (extra charges at your expense). - a "René" bedroom, 160/200 bed, accessible to autonomous people with reduced mobility. - a bathroom with double vanity unit, walk-in shower, hairdryer accessible to autonomous people with reduced mobility. UPSTAIRS: - a "Raymonde" bedroom, small cozy bedroom with a 140/200 bed. - a "Marie-Louise" bedroom, large bedroom with 2 beds of 90/200. -a second bathroom with vanity, shower cabin, toilet and hair dryer.
