This luxury condo at the Dala House has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 full bathrooms. It also has its own heat/air control, its own on-demand hot water system and free Youtube TV streaming in the Living room and both bedrooms. Located on M-22 in downtown Onekama, there is a public beach and boat launch, shopping and food all within walking distance. The award winning Arcadia Bluffs golf course is only 10 minutes away on beautiful M-22. Guest access Anew Management Co is a premiere vacation rental management for Manistee County. Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. A booking agreement and refundable deposit will be collected at the time of booking. This is an API property. For safety reasons, there are 4 external security cameras in use and one right inside the front door of the public area of the house. Please contact us if there are any questions or concerns. Other things to note AMENITIES INCLUDE: Heat and Air control, On-demand water heater, spa-like showers, hair dryers, clothes steamers and King Size beds. WIFI and TVs with streaming capabilities and FREE Youtube TV. Laundry is on the premises for an additional fee if needed. There is also a laundry mat two blocks away. The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. Additional kitchen items include dishwasher, ice maker, blender, and toaster. Also included: bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, and a starter set of paper products. PARKING: There is free parking on site as well as on the street around the Dala House. There are also spots large enough for a boat trailer or RV. Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Any request for late check out or early check in will depend on availability of the rental and must be cleared with the manager in advance. ARRIVAL: Check-in details are sent to your E-MAIL address the day before your arrival. It will include parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance. DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly. This is an API property through Anew Management Co. We will collect a $300 refundable deposit at the time of booking and we will require you sign a rental agreement (which may collect personal contact information).
