It is isolated from the rest of the house with a separate entrance and a private terrace not overlooked. Ideally located, our accommodation is a good compromise between quick access to Montpellier and the peaceful charm of a village in the garrigue. It is referenced by the Grand Pic Saint Loup tourist office. The space The apartment is a cocoon of 36 m2 designed to feel good. Its pluses: an independent bedroom with a queen size bed and a large closet with wardrobe, a beautiful modern bathroom with a large shower, a functional kitchen, a comfortable living room and a neat decor. Its location on the ground floor keeps it cool in the summer. A large private terrace facing northwest is equipped with a garden table and chairs, a plancha, deckchairs and access to the bowling alley with games available. Bed and bath linens are provided. Street parking is easily available in front of our house. The property is secured by an automatic gate. The exterior is being landscaped. Other things to note This apartment is strictly non-smoking, even on the terrace. It is not suitable for young children (unsecured garden). No pets allowed.
