In the condominium there is: Lake for water sports, golf course, tennis courts, volleyball, children's water park and social headquarters. The space This Caribbean-style house has spacious rooms and social areas. It's perfect for spending time with family or friends, and enjoying an incredible view of the golf course from the pool or a relaxing bath in a warm Jacuzzi. Our service staff is characterized by their kindness and will be attentive to make our guests feel at home. Guest access Guests can use all areas of the house. Other things to note The service staff will be at your disposal for cleaning and kitchen assistance. The maids charge 80,000 pesos (US$18) per day, each, due to the size of the house there will be two maids. The maids' charge covers their work during your stay and you will pay them directly before leaving, regardless of the check-in or check-out time. They will keep the house spotless and cook delicious food! -You are expected to bring your own groceries. -We suggest nearby markets and grocery stores to stock up on food because there are no places that sell assorted food near the house. -It is a custom in our country that employees WONT bring their own food and eat what they prepare so don´t forget to bring enough for them too. -For more than 14 guests, the nightly rate is COP 120,000 per additional person per night. -The condominium charges a fee for the entrance of guests, the value is ($70,000 COP) for each guest, it is possible to pay by debit or credit card, this charge is made directly by the condominium at the entrance at the time of registration.
