Fully furnished, wifi, full sized fridge, washing machine, dryer, TV, workstation, board games and books. Private entry, parking space and a private gated courtyard. Quiet suburban location. Walking distance to a great pub, shopping centre, food outlets, gym, Bunnings! and the Collie river. Park and bus stop at the end of the road. The space Granny flat in rear yard of main house. Completely separate and private. Own amenities, own private gated courtyard. Modern - only 2 years old. Heating and cooling. Does not have a standard oven, however it does have a convection oven/air fryer. Also 2 gas burners. Parking space for one car only. Guest access The granny flat area. Other things to note There is a small friendly (mostly indoor) dog that lives in the main house. There is only space for one car to park.
