This home offers a private heated pool (when needed at no additional cost) + both in/out of water seating (yes, chaise loungers and autograph collection chairs in the pool, benches and Ledge Lounger chairs!) + 6 - Seater Golf Cart (valid drivers license & current insurance at time of operating, complete signed waiver with photo of drivers license and proof of insurance required prior to operating, 21 years and older only for golf cart operating), + plethora of outdoor games (Lawn darts, Outdoor Ping-Pong that can also serve as a dining table, Pool Basketball, Cornhole & more!) and an indoor custom arcade machine featuring over 18,000 games form your favorite gaming consoles! Perfect for kids or for those overcast or rainy days! This stunning beach house is centrally located - just minutes away by golf cart from the grocery store, the beach, parks, fresh seafood, pickleball and tennis courts, bird watching birding center, the ferry, Port Aransas marina, and all the favorite restaurant & bar / coffee shop spots in Port Aransas! Pulling into the driveway, you will see both covered and non-covered parking. There is also easily accessible EV Charger (free charging of course!) in case you bring the Tesla or any other electric vehicle! At the front of the home there is a common area between our neighbors. Here you can enjoy on lawn games like cornhole under the string lights! As you make your way to the back of this property, you will find an outdoor shower is available to rinse off before going up to the house or hopping in the secluded private pool! This pool will easily accommodate all 12 guests (8 Adults Max) and can heat up to temps as a hot tub on cold days (at no extra charge). Around the pool there’s a ping pong table, couches, chairs and benches for seating, an outdoor tv, space for corn hole or other outdoor games, a grill and serving counter space all under cover from the sun and rain! Part of the pool also goes underneath the house so you can still enjoy getting your feet wet on the tanning ledge but staying shaded from the sun at different times of the day. The covered shallow tanning ledge makes it the perfect spot to enjoy the in water Ledge Lounger chaise loungers, watching a movie or game on the BIG smart TV or hanging out with friends. The outdoor covered area is perfect for both day and night! The TV can also easily be viewed from in-side the pool – or while sitting at the pool bar under the shade - perfect way to watch any sporting event! The kitchen has a generous oversized island which is also additional dining space (great for setting up a laptop and working or gathering around for kids) – 7 bar stools. The kitchen comes stocked with EVERYTHING you will need for the perfect beach vacation - pots, pans, dishes, utensils, glasses (both glass and plastic for by the pool), cups, mugs and wine glasses. Also included is a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and k-cup pod coffee maker + drip coffee maker. Featuring new stainless steel appliances, a gas range stove and oven, custom tile backsplash and cabinetry, this kitchen was designed specifically for luxury, convenience & creating memories. We also have a custom made arcade machine that has over 18,000 games on it! Complete with games from the past few decades from just about any gaming device that has been around, this 2 player game is packed full of classics and fun games for all ages! Just behind the island situated in between the kitchen living area is a large natural wood dining table that comfortable sits another 8 people. This table is also perfect for accomplishing one of the many puzzles provided in the home. Open to the kitchen and dining areas is the spacious living room with a large sectional sofa, sideboards loaded with games and puzzles, throw pillows and throw blankets, a pull out sofa couch, and a HUGE 86" flat-screen TV mounted on a custom patterned accent wall. On each side of the main TV wall in the living room, you will find entrances to each master bedroom en-suites, each with having porch access that have distant views watching the large ships come in! Looking to take a nap after the beach before hitting the night scene? No worries, use the custom blackout shades to darken the rooms at any time of the day! Each master bedroom also has their own dedicated bathroom/shower. Plenty of space for all your toiletries makeup etc. as each bathroom has a separate makeup vanity + single sink vanity. No need to pack body wash, shampoos & conditioners as we provide large pump style containers that will last you the length of your vacation. On the opposite end of the house you will find the additional 2 bedrooms. Complete with another bedroom that has a queen size bed and another bedroom that has two bunk beds! This queen sized third bedroom is perfect for a third set of adults squeezing in or the bigger kids in the group of kids. Note* All bedrooms are on the same floor in case you have little ones in the middle of the night needing to find their parents in the master bedroom en-suites! A beautiful third bathroom is shared between these back two bedrooms and offers a tub in case you have younger ones staying. Our property is treated by professional pest control service regularly every 3-4 weeks. •Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies.
