Each room has its own air conditioning unit, closet storage, and blackout shutters for a peaceful night's sleep. - Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to craft everything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. It includes a Teka gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and a full set of dishes and wine glasses. - Pet-Friendly: We are happy to welcome your furry friends to our beachfront apartment! Other things to note Included Amenities: Your stay includes all linens, fresh bath and beach towels, a hair dryer, an iron, a starter set of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), and a drinking water jug. - Family-Friendly: A Pack ’n Play/travel crib and a folding high chair are available upon request. Please let us know in advance if you require them. - Safety Features: For your peace of mind, the apartment is equipped with a safe for valuables, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit. ⚠️ Seasonal Seaweed (Sargassum): Please be aware that from approximately June to September, the coastline may experience Sargassum seaweed. This is a natural phenomenon, and its presence can vary daily. While the complex staff works to keep the beach clean, its accumulation is beyond our control. ⚠️ Electricity Policy: Electricity is included in your stay. To promote responsible energy use, we monitor consumption. In the rare case that usage exceeds the generous daily allowance, an additional charge may apply. This policy helps us remain eco-friendly.
