Family travel made easy with our cozy, centrally-located home. Explore Downtown Winter Haven (1mi), visit Legoland Florida (3mi), or enjoy our cities many beautiful lakes nearby. The home is open concept for the dining, kitchen and living room (58" smart TV) for your family to enjoy quality time together. Our kitchen is stocked with necessities for easy family cooking. There is plenty of parking and the backyard is partially fenced with lounge chairs and a BBQ grill. The space The home is 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom #1 has a king bed and a smartTV, with an attached bathroom and large closet space. Bedroom #2 and #3 are down the hall, each having a queen bed. The 2nd full bathroom is easily accessible by these bedrooms, as well as the living room and kitchen area. The living room has a 58" Smart TV, games and ample seating. All the furniture is brand new. Through the living room is a sliding glass door to reach partially fenced in back yard. The kitchen contains new pots and pans with plenty of supplies for basic meal cooking. The dining room seats 6. There is a new washer and dryer for your convenience. Guest access The full house is private and for your use. The garage is locked and not available for guest use.
