Panoramic view, south-facing, large pool... come and have a wonderful stay in our villa! Located in the heart of Provence Verte, you can discover all the most beautiful places in the region! In the village of Rougiers, within walking distance of the house, you will find a bakery, butcher, convenience store, pizzerias, wine cellar, soccer field, basketball, handball, ping-pong table, children's square, and tennis court (by reservation). The space Interior: - A veranda entrance. - Beautiful living room with perfectly equipped open kitchen, comfortable living room and dining room, all very bright. - Bedroom 1: spacious bedroom with 180 cm bed, a barred baby bed. - Bedroom 2: 160 cm bed (or 2 80 cm beds). - 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet. - Bedroom 3: 160 cm bed (or 2 80 cm beds) with private shower room and toilet. - Bedroom 4: 1 bunk bed, small adjoining laundry room with sink, washing machine and dryer = - Bedroom 5: 1 bed 140 cm with private shower room All these rooms have very large openings and are very bright. Exteriors: - 5000 m2 of garden with olive trees and Provençal plants. - Large covered terrace with table for 8/10 people, comfortable garden furniture. - 11×5 swimming pool, with sunbeds, deckchairs and parasol. - Large plancha, foosball table, shaded petanque court. - Parking for 4/5 cars. Linens, towels and bath towels are provided. Beds are made just before your arrival. Baby equipment is available upon request (high chair, changing mat, bathtub, crib). Guest access Entire accommodation, all spaces are private and not shared Other things to note => The cleaning fee is included in your booking and includes: - end of stay cleaning - supply of linens: sheets, towels (1 large and 1 small per person), bath mats and tea towels. => In summer / For added comfort: a pool cleaning during the stay is included! => In winter / Power consumption: A quota of 50 kWh/day (HP and HC combined) is included in the price. This quota is placed above the consumption of the fireplace.
