This is strictly enforced. For Safety reasons, & because the Loft is not suited for small children and infants, children under the age of 12 are not allowed. PETS: Pets are not allowed. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the Loft or on the deck area. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking during your reservation period. HOUSE RULES: Please be sure to carefully read all our house rules prior to booking. WINTER SKIERS: Please use the clothes drying rack provided in the garage below the Loft to hang your jackets & other wet clothing, & to store your ski gear. Do not bring ski gear (skis, snowboard, boots, etc.) inside the Loft. The code to the garage door will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Guest access The entire Loft and area below, including access to Butter Creek, is available for guests’ enjoyment, but please respect the RV guests (if any) and observe our quiet hours, which are 10pm-7am. The Loft has a strict No Party policy. Other things to note ● Seasonal access (Memorial Day - Labor Day) to golf course, pool and playground (guest pass with usage fee required) ● $10 day per person for Pool & $40 day for unlimited golf (9-hole, par 3) - payable upon check-in at clubhouse (Holiday Fees are double for Pool) (Please provide a minimum of 3 days notice to me if you wish to access the facilities) By booking the Loft, you are acknowledging that you have read through the entire listing and agree to the rules and policies listed herein. Any violation of our rules will result in the inability to host the guest(s) in the future, & the guest(s) may be required to vacate the premises. Do Not Flush anything other than toilet paper; otherwise, you will back up the septic system at a charge to you, at a minimum, of $300. MINIMUM AGE: Primary guest must be 21+ and present throughout the stay. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract.
