Bus is available just outside your door. Bank with ATM machine, Bar Centrale, Chianni Bistro, Le Vecchie Cantine, Il Forno di Chianni, gas station, mechanic shop, pharmacy, grocery stores, and many shops are available within a 1 minute walk. You can also take advantage of our community outdoor pool in the summer as well . Take advantage of the free tour of Chianni that held each Monday at 9:30am starting at the tourist office that is located outside the courtyard . There is no better location in this amazing lively active village. Guest access You arrive to the gated patio that leads you to a stairway and balcony. From the balcony you enter the building through a wooden door that leads you to a stairway. Climb the stairs to a lobby where you find a keyless entry door to my private apartment available for guests. Other things to note Absolutely no smoking in the apartment or lobby. Smoking outside in the courtyard is permitted. Absolutely no pets are allowed on the premises. Please note there will be a penalty charge if a guest brings pets or smoke in the apartment. You will be able to smoke in the courtyard or outside of the building. Also, if the number of guest exceeds the limit without consent, a charge will be assessed. Guests will be given a keyless entry fob which will open and lock the apartment door for convenience. If a fob is damaged or lost, the charge is 25€. Italian law requires hosts to have copy of your passport for everyone who will be staying. So please sent me a copy of each person who will be staying at least one day before arrival.
